Drill Dwell

I'm trying to do a normal Peck Drill, but when it reaches the bottom, I want it to dwell for a few seconds, which is what the "Dwell:" setting says it does, but no matter what I enter in that box it doesn't change anything. I've put 0.5, 5.0, 500.0, 5000.0 - no value in that box changes anything, even when I post the program and look @ it in the CIMCO editor, it is the same no matter the value I put in the dwell box, is there another setting I'm missing to "enable" the dwell feature?

(I have a VF-3 HAAS)

You need a P in your program for a dwell

( 1/8 C'BORE TOOL - 4 DIA. OFF. - 4 LEN. - 4 DIA. - .2656 )

Note the P1. the G83 line above. I have a Hass also and had to work on the pst file to get it to dwell if I remember right. I'll try and help as soon as I can but I'm kind of busy right now.
