Programmer opening

I am looking for a programmer capable of both steel and electrode programming. Currently using 8.1.1 but pushing an upgrade, but I need a programmer as well. Mold work experience a must, we have 1 Mikron with a robot, 3 fadals and one sharnoa. We are using 8.1 and Smartscam V6 (which will be updated to MC soon I am hoping) I need to justify it, and with my current programmers abilities it is hard to do. Basically the position is for cnc dept team leader and programmer.

I'm surprsed no one has responded. Unfortunatly I work in London, Ontario (Licenced Toolmaker/CNC Mastercam 3D Programmer fo 5yrs). USA $ would be better than here...
