post error message

I used the MPFadal-2 post today and got the following message

 

Divide by zero error: divisor <1.0E-10

postblock label pmisc2

program execution halted due to error running .pst

Divid by zero error: divisor < 1.0E-10

postblock label pmisc2_2

program execution halted due to error running .pst

 

any ideas how to fix this?

 

The file is just a simple contour with two drilled holes.

Save some of the files you are having trouble with and check them out a couple of years from now. You'll get a good laugh out of it.

 

Today a customer asked me to modify a program I did in V8 in July 2000. I laughed when I went through the files this evening... I thought it was tough stuff 4 years ago.

Thats exactly what happened.

 

Took me three hrs to figure out, I was busy looking at the post ASSuming that the problem must be there when it was in my toolpaths.

Just a guess, but with the "Divide by zero error" maybe the post was trying to calculate the pitch (Q value) and there wasn't a TPI value to calculate it.
