Does anyone know of a few places to search on the internet for machining and mastercam related jobs?

You can try Monster.com they usually have a few jobs. Search with cnc machinist or machinist. Also Hotjobs.com Most major cities will have a site similiar to the one close to here. (e.g. Rochesterjobs.com) Don't be scared to look. There out there and updated usually daily but I have found that the new jobs come in after the other people get fired. (Towards the end of the week....)

I NEED A PROGRAMMER. 2D contouring mostly. Mastercam enthusiast a must. 2 openings in the next year or so. Where do I go?

How much are you willing to pay and will your company cover relocation fees?

I have a friend working in Idaho right now. He is always looking for new adventures. Moving would be no problem for him.

If skiing, snowmobiling and hunting sounds great to you, P-town is the place. tell your friend to e-mail me personally. I hate cold weather and would trade my fireplace in for central air any day. Some people like 15-20 inches of snow.

There are lots of sites for job hunting like Monster.com, HotJobs.com, Jobs.com, etc... Most of them have sections and tools for employers to help them find new recruits.
