Don't got to the bar at lunch. j/k

How did you select the points to drill. You may not have picked the center of the holes. just a guess. Was your c'bore cycle a point to point cycle or was it interpolated. THere would be something strang if it was point to point. and use tyhe IDENTICAL geomtry as the (incorrect) holes.

I just watched that program run with no part on the table, and in sngle block, when it does those two holes that are in line, for the first hole it uses a drill going back on the y-axis, but for the other hole which it 64.5 inches away on the x but has the same y dim, it uses a drill going it the x, but they are not in line with each other, and there is no y axis move to align them, any ideas how to fix this problem???

It sounds to me like it may be the tool offset numbers in the machine itself. One of our routers has two 9 spindle gang drills and each of the eighteen drills could be called independantly but will only work correctly if the tool offset parameters are correct in the machine.

As acerx3 said check your work offsets. Also check the hd9 file for the block drill click on each drill and check the work offset number. Also there is a question in the post to output the lead drill

bdrl_use_lead : 1 #Output the lead drill as drill position w/block drill

#for all tools and Aggregates

If this is one then all work offsets in the hd9 should e the same, router will calculate the distance between drills based on what you set the hd9 file

hope this helps
