Two things that should wor. One will definitely work.

 

First make sure your tolerance is set tight. I use .0002. Not too sure with V9 how or even where filtering is taking place but this needs to be turned off in V8.

 

Next I take my parting line (shutoff surface) and translate it up .005 inches (make a copy). This will insure the tool will not roll the edge. Some CNC machines are notorious for doing that. Doing it this way saves the corner.
