Surface radius didn't match well

We have a part .There are 12 radius matching one big radius. We used mastercam lathe to make nc and machined it.But we found there are some radius didn't match well.Did we miss anything ?Could any method solve this problem?Thanks!Under is nc code.

tonychen,

If your using mastercam to program your nc, and it looks like a good blend of radiuses on the screen then my only guess is the tool your using isnt the same as the one your assigning in Mastercam. Maybe not compensating correctly for tool nose radius of your cutting tool?

Just a couple ideas.... welcome to the forum!

Tony,

 

I had a look at your file and all looks good till you get to the machine centerline (X0.0). You then machine in a straight line to a diameter of -4.8 you should put a radius leadout in here so that the tool clears what has already been machined a does not rub the part. You have not clarified where you are having problems with radii not matching but the file looks good.
