Did you use a full radius insert? The g-code goes well below centerline, so I presume this is a grooving tool? You need to be more specific.

Before presuming the machine is a Thermwood, why don't you specify what it is? Router Pro has all the functionality of Mill L3. It is basically the same thing with some very minor differences.

DNC max is excellent and affordable. We have done many installations and I am not aware of any customer problems. It supports a wide variety of protocols (including many conversational formats like Mazatrol) and is extremely reliable.

Did you map it to feed instead of rapid? It is possible that your machine is doing 45 degree "dogleg" moves during angular G00 commands try mapping to feed (i.e. 600 ipm) and see if it helps. Verify would not catch those types of crashes, since they are machine specific, rather than being bad G-code
