I wanna kill the red arrow

Whenever I try to post my toolpaths the arrow positions itself in between cutter paths so it will only post the selections above where the arrow sits. If I move it and then post it just pops back up in the same spot again. How do I remedy this?

I have aksed for a shot to the bottom button of the operation or per machine group with this and I was also hoping for that ability in the chains and points geometry box as well.

I know if I have multiple toolpaths selected and post... the arrow jumps to under #1 but it still posts all of my toolpaths even though it doesn't show them selected.

Mine does the same as billh. It jumps under the #1 op, but still posts everything I originally selected.

Have you copied some ops from another group? I have had trouble with ops not posting, but it's usually easy to fix. Select all the operations in the group, edit selected operations > change NC file name > OK. Otherwise, (at least in my experience) the ops posting to different NC files will all post, but not to the same file.
