In this particular file, yes, it happens in programs with just wireframe also.

I had this on one file with MR1, but havn't had time to investigate as to why. We havn't implemented MR1 plant wide yet. It posted fine with all but MR1 installed.

Not much help, but just wanted you to know that you are not alone.

Here is a previous thread. MR1 + a solid drill point somtimes= F0.

Ocassionally I get a milling program output with a "F0." in it. Can't figure that one out.

Yesterday I ran a surface rough pocket operation followed with a restmill op. In the middle of the restmill program there was "F0." that showed up as a plunge rate. It only happened once within the program. Its happened once or twice before since we've been using X and this is the 1st time since MR1.

I sent it to my var. Glad it didn't happen on a program that ran lights out.
