What do I need to change to get my Table All the way forward at the end of my program ?

(peof # End of file for non-zero tool

n, "M5"

n, pcooloff

n, "G91G28Z0."

n, "G90 G00 X0.0"

n, "G91 G28 Y0.0"

n, "G90"

n, "M30"

"%"

The X is o.k., Y is going to the opposite side

Thank you as always

Tony

(I have tried a few things but it would error out

during check program)

WELL, I would figure out the position of Y you want to end up at and move it there in absolute instead of incremental. Example- if the posision you want to end up at is Y=0, then-

(peof # End of file for non-zero tool

n, "M5"

n, pcooloff

n, "G91G28Z0."

n, "G90 G00 X0.0"

n, "Y0.0"

n, "M30"

"%"

G28 is a reference point. If Z is doing fine don't mess with it even though I usually return Z in G90 also.

Hi

This is a little wordy

The G110 would be set in the control of any machine with the same home as G54 ,and then the machine specific load position (loading the part) would be typed in XO Y7.9 in this case. Some times I use it in a program to oil a tap. just like a manual guy has a cup of oil on the table and he dunks the tap in it ,i use this piece of the program to send the tap to the can.

And as for the G103 here is my .02

M9

M5

G91 G28 Z0.

G103 P1 ::::::Limit block buffering:::::

M01

G103 ::::: this is mainly our look ahead ::::::

M01

T2 M6 ( 3/4 DRILL 2.500 LONG )
