What I'm saying is if the tool plus the Arc lead will not fit inside the pocket MC will not backplot the Arc lead InOut moves.MC knows it will create a gouge

Have you tried with the 'gouge check' in the entry menu disabled?

Once i had an contour toolpath (in V9) where the gouge check removed the lead inout, while there was no gouging.

very funny thing i have found now, using same .MMD, same .control ,same entities in two different mcx file name, i nemed them A.mcx and B.mcx. A was copied from one of my former job (more then 7days ago)then delete everythings then draw a box(entity) like in the B. the B just new created, A and B have same operation setting , now A has got arc ,B nothing . firebounce.gif
