pocket arc lead in out .

hi all! i did a search but not found the answer.

These two day my X pocket mill no arc lead in out(have checked the box),only line can be created, what happening to it? please help.

Will the Arc you have specified fit?

What Arc lead inout size did you give.If it will not fit MC will not give it.

it is not zero in it, it should be seen when backploting. i always use them in contour and pocket toolpath,but don't know why it is no funtion anymore.....

WHat size pocket and what size tool are you trying to machine it with?

What I'm saying is if the tool plus the Arc lead will not fit inside the pocket MC will not backplot the Arc lead InOut moves.MC knows it will create a gouge

The sizes of the arc will not effect in the cutter offset by pc (not control)

seem it is not the data enter problem.........

the chain you use, is it lines and arcs or spline?

if spline, change the start point of the chaine

there are line and arcs not spline. there is no problem with raising sun..

 

I guess maybe in my .control setting, i seem did not change anything in it, it became 120kbs file size before the last 3 days it was 87kbs...anyone please tell about this problem with the .control file setting please....

Is the arc and lead in at least 50% of tool diameter?

Have you tried with the 'gouge check' in the entry menu disabled?

Once i had an contour toolpath (in V9) where the gouge check removed the lead inout, while there was no gouging.

very funny thing i have found now, using same .MMD, same .control ,same entities in two different mcx file name, i nemed them A.mcx and B.mcx. A was copied from one of my former job (more then 7days ago)then delete everythings then draw a box(entity) like in the B. the B just new created, A and B have same operation setting , now A has got arc ,B nothing .
