Boring program for cutting Jaws

I was wanting ideas if any of you have a program for boring jaws, say like useing a single pass g code, if so, I would like to take a look at it, or even a micro program to use no matter what size I need them to be , outside and inside.

You could just write a macro program so all you do is

change a couple variables and your off and running.

If I got time I'll dig one up, you might want to do a

forum search I know its been covered alot.

For Boring Jaws to hold on an OD, we just use a canned roughing cycle. The program is always in the control.

This is an approximation of what we use. You can then call the finish canned cycle to make a finish pass on everything. You can use variables to pass the information, but I think it is just as easy to change the values in the canned cycle.
