Lost associative WCS

I am still fighting this. WCS will not stay associated with geometry. Origin can MOVE overnight. Some origins stay OK, other origins just lose the Associative check and others change origin location, all in the same file. Any ideas?

I am running MR2 and have this same problem and am getting ready to send it in.

 

I have been just selecting a point when I create the origin and all have been well except the box that shows that it is an associative origin becomes un-checked at random. You must be very careful if trying to move stuff around.

I cant check the box in view manager it just doent let me.Its not even grayed out .????????

the change graphics box won't stay checked either.
