Manual Entry "Dead" in X

Dear Friends,

 

In a computer of a customer of us, the Manual Entry simply do not work.

 

We can use all options to access the command and the Mastercam does nothing, simply ignore it.

 

Does anybody experienced that already?

Please be more specific about this statement. Do the operaitons show up in the op manager?

Is this issue that the manual entry is not being output to the NC file?

Have you tried using a default machine?

I use manual entries all the time. No problem here.

Same here Bruce. I just was training someone the other day on this very feature and really like how well it works in X. I think spefics and a Z2G is the best answer here to let someone help you with that you are having problems with.
