Excel tool list

Is it possible to output the X+ tool list in a spreadsheet for Excel? I know that the X+ setup sheet can do that but what about the tool list function?

Any other idea to output a tool list in Excel?

I don't know anything about X+ (been meaning to look into it), but if the list can be exported as a text file or .csv file, it can be imported into Excel without too much effort.

Fred, I just save the HTML output and open in word. Word keeps the tables intact, and you can edit away if you want. If you must have Excel, you can save the Word as csv or other format to import into Excel.

X+ exports to excell. Just check the box.

With X+ you are only limited by your imagination if you select excel output. It will pick up an XLS template that is the same name as the XSS output and fill in your fields for you.

I have put a folder on the FTP under setupsheets but couldn't rename it. It contains a couple of basic work instructions that I had started to draft for internal purposes and not finished.

 

This method relys on the operation manager being laid out a certain way.
