The chook engrave.dll has a AI and EPS converter that is extremely clean.

Thanks for the info. I should have known about the .ai extension. I believe that ADOBE STREAMLINE will also vectorise a "bitmap".

I used the Raster to vector chook to open the corvette file and had just minor problems pocketing. One of the letters R was an open chain and I had to close up the geometry.If you try to pocket the lettering in the file corvette2.mc8 you will see what I mean. I think Mark posted that file from engrave.dll. I machined the parts this afternoon and they look great. Thanks again to all.
