Help with IJK Rads

I'm hoping someone is still around that can help me.

 

I can't seem to figure out where to change this setting.

 

The post has the right settings but don't seem to work.

Those settings are in control definition under arc/arc center type

You can go either way here...

I use radius and break at quadrants, but ijk's (delta start to center) is usually a first choice...

I had to start a new machine group and then copy the op after that, then post this new op, now my changes took effect.

Ok,

 

so I have to post out IJK but the machine still goes of on a circle when it shouldn't, backplot is fine, what is going on here.

 

I have break arcs into Quadrants in the Control Def.

Do you mean it alarms out?

It doesn't alarm out, backplots fine, just goes in a complete circle and it shouldn't.

During the line with the arrows, it's off on it's circle. way off the part.

 

Any Clues??

Is you G17/18/19 plane set correctly? I have this problem sometimes and it is usually the wrong plane selected.

I'm stumped. Had this happen to me years ago on a yasnac control, but breaking at quadrants fixed it as far as I remember.

Can you check if it does it when using R's instead ijk's?

I vaguely remember having this problem with a Thermwood controller several years ago and it was resolved by changing tolerance from 5 decimal places to 4 decimal places--what tolerance are you using?

It was actually in the post processor, to limit the # of decimals output to machine code to 4 places--is your G-code reading 4 or 5 places?

It's only since going to X2 it's gone screwy.
