Just courious to ask what does mp master,and predator do?

I know Predator is a DNC software and I am pretty sure Mpmaster is a post processor

Well Mp master is a name of a 4th axis post created by In-house solutions.

It has a lot of great features.

 

As for the Predator we have a few products:

 

1) Dnc

2) Editors

3) Manufacturing data collection

4) Tool Crib

5) Virtual CNC

6) Traveler

7) Desktop.

8) Cableing,BTR's,Bar cod Readers,hht's7 Flex bundles for multi machines.

 

As you can see there are a few products.

I took a look at Predator prior to Purchasing mastercam. It does a little more than DNC, it has many of the same features as mastercam. Predator's contention, and they direct their product towards this, is that all operators should program their own programs. And then DNC them directly from the computer...

 

It's also geared more toward the mold or pattern shops.....

Kcollins, I think you are confusing predator with some thing else.

Predator is not in any way or form a cad or cam package.

 

As for DNC it has a lot of features for communications to the CNC’s, then what does ingrate with mastercam thru the C-hook is or Verification.
