On a Haas VMC, I get an alarm, illegal IJK move at the second to the lats line.

I'm using helix entry standard pocket seems like I've done this before with no problems. Anyone know what the issue is?

Holy cow why is that? This is a brand new machine I have, actin goofy. Nothing but IJK alarms last night over and over can not figure out what the problem is here. Tech is coming today to fix the program coolant nozzle I'll run it by him.

Dave,

I thought it might be a setting so I did a quick read but didn't find anything. Let us know what you find out.

Our coolant nozzle either got bent (machine ran at westech) or was not installed/manufactured correctly; positions 1-10 hit the side of the spindle down to the v-flange. The bent nozzle made it a real joy when the coolant came on unexpectedly.

I straightened it out good. No more coolant in my face and hair.

I ran your problem gcode through backplot in CimcoEdit 5.0 Its good code, a simple helix entry into a pocket.

Its been years since I ran a Hass, but I think they have some settings on the Parameter pages about how they run G02,G03 commands. There may be some tolerance settings as well

Here is some code from my Hass post. See if your machine will run it.

Its a Helixbore toolpath, cboring a Ø.200 hole
