Dirty operations on lathe

Recommended Posts

Lathe has stock recognition.

If you change OP1 it affects eveything below it

so they go dirty and required regen.

If you change something in the middle,

everything below should go dirty while everything

above stays clean.

If you make a modification to your stock, tailstock or chuck, it will all go dirty.

If you are changing something that you know won't affect the stock for future operations, click on the 'Update stock' icon in the Operation Manager BEFORE editing the operation. A lock should appear on the icon. This will prevent the software from marking the subsequent operations dirty. Click on it again to re-enable stock update when you're finished.
