Errors on Haas machine

Every once in a while when we run a MasterCam program on our Haas machine we get an invalid I,J,K alarm. I have already tried changing the arctype in the post,but have still had no success in getting the program to run.I was wondering

if anyone can think of anything else that I might be able to change in our Haas post that may remedy this problem?

can you give a sample program of what you are running ,i run a vf3 and vf6 and have run into that problem before and been able to fix... so far.

Is this during multy surface useing out put arcs or in 2D pckets & contour?

I also have had "Invalid coordinates" errors with arc moves on my xxxxor 8055M control on my Quintax Router. Both on X-Y plane and X-Z or Y-Z plane moves. When I check out the actual coordinates in MC they are right on. The only way I found to eliminate them (when the problem persists even with filter arcs off) is to convert the arc into a spline and output line segment moves YUCK !!!!!!!!!

 

Yes I have tried opening up the arc tolerance in the control.

JSP MOLD- I have a Haas post I have used in V7, V8 and V9 in a Haas V2 and V4 and never had this problem. I do multi-surf and 2D and it works great. Let me know if you can use it.
