Every once in a while when we run a MasterCam program on our Haas machine we get an invalid I,J,K alarm. I have already tried changing the arctype in the post, but have still had no success in getting the program to run.I was wondering

if anyone can think of anything else that I might be able to change in our Haas post that may remedy this problem?

I also have had "Invalid coordinates" errors with arc moves on my xxxxor 8055M control on my Quintax Router. Both on X-Y plane and X-Z or Y-Z plane moves. When I check out the actual coordinates in MC they are right on. The only way I found to eliminate them (when the problem persists even with filter arcs off) is to convert the arc into a spline and output line segment moves YUCK !!!!!!!!!

Yes I have tried opening up the arc tolerance in the control.
