Moldplus for X2 MR1 crashing?

Ever since I installed the latest moldplus for mr1, it has been crashing on me. I have used moldplus since it first came out, back in whatever version, and have never had it crash like this. Filling holes, running off partsurf, etc. and it crashes randomly blowing me out of MC, always with 2 crash report dialog boxes left on the screen.

I talked to support at moldplus and sent them a file that was crashing on me, but it worked fine for them, so kind of at a dead end there if it can't be duplicated.

Is anyone else using the latest version of moldplus in mr1-sp1 and having crash problems, or is it just me? I am pretty good with computers and am usually the go to guy with any problems, mastercam or windows related, hardware, etc. and have a clean install of everything that should be running perfectly.

Hmmm. I haven't needed to use MoldPlus recently, but I do use it quite a bit. Been setting up productions runs on another machine. But, yes, I'll be needing MP soon enough. Hope I don't have any problems...

When I installed MoldPlus in X2 MR1, it crashed. What it did was load the toolbar icons fine, but when I clicked on an icon - MC immediately closed out (without saving the file).

Todd was a big help and MoldPlus techs were great getting it resolved. They sent me a DLL file that finally worked. Todd sent me a DLL file that was able to log errors, and I think that really helped the MoldPlus people (their error log file didn't work). Once they got a log file, they soon thereafter sent me a MoldPlus DLL file that rectified the crashes.

Again, MoldPlus support was great! I was very impressed with their prompt replies. Very professional!
