Sellect Yellow

Is there any setting for selecting the color

yellow so it changes color, so you know it selected

it?

 

I use x2 sp1, maybe it has been addressed on

MR1 or MR1/SP1?

Nope.

 

I've changed my selection color to white (like V9) and have since never used color white because of it. I guess that's just the way it goes.

 

I guess the best thing to do would be to change your selection color to something abscure that you'd (hopefully) never have as a geometry color. My bozo...I mean boss uses a brownish grey color for selection. Not sure what number it is.

that's what i've done too. I use a slightly different shade of yellow so that when I pick yellow I can see it. But even then most of the time I change all of color yellow to a different color after reading in and iges file

Personally, I never use white or yellow to draw in. I actually like the white "auto-highlight" and the yellow "select" color.

This really is an enhancement that CNC Software should think about.

 

I use another software that does this.

 

Selection highlight color is red but if the entity is a color close to red the highlight is grey instead.

 

Works great.

The other software that I use changes light

colors to crimson and dark colors to yellow.

 

It is a little more convenient.
