Lettering problem

Ok, this only happens when I 2d contour some letters /part#.

I have heavily modified my post (MPOkuma now, was MPMaster to start) and I don't understand what is causing this.

 

The problem is this:

it doesn't retract the tool after SOME cuts...

and it does it both on arcs and straight line moves, but not every time.

 

Example

G01Z-.004F6.

X-.05Y.1

G56H1X.25Y.25Z.1S3000M03

The line after the G56,I either get just the F6. a G01, or the next X-Y move.)

I have to alter that line to show the G01Z-.004F6.

 

Pretty sure it has something to do with PRetract but not positive.

No I do not think so I think this is in your toolchange area of the post or Null toolchange. Do a debug and post up your results that will give a better idea what is going on.

Have you tried posting with the MP Master without the editting done.

 

Lets see if it's in the post or something in the toolpath.
