Mastercam Launcher!

I can't seem to get the mastercam launcher to work... Keeps crashing

 

Anybody else having this problem?

I have only seen this in windows 2000, we had to go and delete the user profile from the network , this fixed it but I'm not quite sure why. can't redublicate it to send it in. It happens randomly though on different computers.

We're trying to reproduce this issue here -- can you fill me in on how you're trying to run it? Are you using the shortcut in Start -> Programs -> Mastercam X2 MR2? Or are you running it directly from your Mastercam installation location? Does it crash immediately, or after certain actions?

 

Any details, no matter how small, would be appreciated.

Crashes here too. Crashes when I am exiting the launcher.

Hi Everyone --

 

First, I was able to duplicate a crash, but ONLY if you set the launcher to use the wrong type of HASP -- please check to see if this is the problem (which I doubt...).

 

If you're seeing this crash, please take a screenshot of your Mastercam Launcher settings immediately before you click OK and email them to [email protected]. If you put "For T.J." anywhere in the email, it'll make it to me.

 

Thanks for the help on this -- we're trying to figure out what the root cause is so that we can get this corrected as soon as possible.

Thanks for all the screenshots -- that helped us isolate the error. We think we know what's causing the crash now.

 

Unfortunately, I don't have a quick fix for you. I will post in this thread when I have more information.
