X2 SP1 warning-rotary limits exceeded

Hello gang, I'm starting 4/5 axis training and got an error/warning when i posted my first file.

 

"Warning: rotary limits exceeded"

 

The post is MPMaster for a 3 axis vertical with an accessory A axis.

 

The axis supports signed continuous as far as a I know.

In machine def manager, machine config, double click on your rotaty axis then set your rotary limits.

Dazz, must I reference the axis' tech manual for minimum and maximum travel limits, or can i use a set of general purpose numbers?

Hey, I found some numbers in my training book, i'll give those a shot, LOL. (-360 000.0 and +360 000.0)

In the machine component manager Try Minimum 0deg, Max 360, and in continuous axis type,check(shortest direction,abolute angle(0,360))

I assume you have checked your general output settings in your post, limit rotary question? and other relevant questions.

Sounds like you are using a version X version of mpmaster in X2. There have been some parameter changes made in mp that affect how the post is reading your machine definition. If it is just a generic 3/4-axis mpmaster, I would suggest downloading the new version of mpmaster for X2.

Is this pretty much the only way to deal with these changes? Download the latest MPmaster?

I have 4 or 5 of these lightly customized for different machines and I am getting the same error as the OP. I am upgrading from XMR2 to X2MR2. I ran the post through the update utility and the machine def updated when I brought it in to X2.
