Mill does not have a place for machine Home that is 0,0,0 so when it backplot it always go there you probably just never realized that was the case. If you want it to look good put a reference point in the operation and then you will see it go from 0,0,0 to the reference point then do what you see give it a try.

 

Though it looks like a lathe program and the 1st lines of code tell it to go to 0,0,0 so it is really doing it.

Ron,

 

This for our Integrex, that first line is as I am sure you know that is the machine home. What I am seeing is the last thing that the tool path does, and again I see that it is sending the machine home as well, after the operation is complete. I believe that that is "hard coded" in the post. Post is from In-House (Brett). Also as you have stated I have never noticed it before.

 

 

OK, I think I found my "Bug" I turned of display rapid moves banghead.gifbanghead.gif .

 

Thanks, for the help Ron, I will be sure and be mindful of that in the future.
