NetHasp problems

We have multiple seats in our shop. A couple of guys still prefer to use V9 instead of X2. Our IS department updated our NetHasp and V9 no longer works. The IS dept. says Mcam no longer supports V9 and thats why it doesnt work. We called our reseller and they say it should work. Does anyone know of an easy resolution so we can keep everyone happy here? Thanks

Well this is flat untrue.

I have V9 installed in the office on a NetHasp and run V9 - X2 MR2 SP1

Are you getting any errors? or just a won't start?

Sorry for resurrecting this one - just came across this message whilst researching another Nethasp problem.

The most likely reason for V9 not starting is that it cannot make sense of your Maintenance "end" date - I think a lack of foresight at the programming stage stopped V9 working with Maint. dates that expire far into the future (compared to when V9 was released).

You should be able to get hold of a patch from your Reseller called 400Dayfix.zip, which will get around this problem and allow V9 to run again (although be warned - I've been advised by CNC that this patch is officially *untested*... although in reality I've used this a couple of times without any problems)
