What type and kind of machine is it? What type of controller is it? Did the company buy a post for the machine for Mastercam? Has anyone past or present ever posted good code for the machine using Mastercam? Does your company have verification software? What is your level of experience with Mastercam? Machining? Manufacturing?

BTW welcome to the forum cheers.gifcheers.gif

MasterCam held a 3 day "multi axis" training seminar here shortly after X came out. It was very valuable to us in that it helped familarize us with the new interface and it showed us how 4 & 5 axis toolpaths work which is quite different than 3 axis. There was about 25 people from small job shops up to Boeing guys.
