I'm on my teachers account because he had me start to learn how to use Mcam and right now im having problems trying to add a JPEG image if that cant be done maybe how to change the the JPEG to somthing that will work

what exactly is rastor to vector is it another program that will change the format of the picture or somthing else??

It will convert the picture so MC can read it.

If you have MC art you can do it.

 

Check here, theres a few that will also work.

Raster is a pixel and a vector is a line. So it is creating lines connecting to pixels.
