G00 started showing up in Homing Routine

This very frustrating.

 

Been using X3 since it came out, Flawlessly, until now.

 

I now get an extra G-00 where it has vever been before.

 

Please someone help me get it out of there.

Did you change the machine def, control def for different machine???

Do you generally feed up out of your work piece? If that G00 wasn't there, wouldn't the machine feed at 40 IPM all the way home?

No, didn't change anything.

The machine will not run with this line as is.

 

G91 G28 sends the machine home at rapid speed.

you don't have a retract of Z, no coolant off, no spindle off. is that normal for your programs ?

Shouldn't it look something like this ?

Retract to 1.6 on prior line.

 

This machine shuts off all outputs on M30

 

ie: spindle coolant etc.

one other thing it started doing at the same time, maybe a clue...........

 

I have two ops, both selected.

 

post all.

 

after closing NC file there is another box open to save another posted file and in my ops just the last op is selected.

 

I close said saving box and both my ops become selected as before.

sounds like different NCI names to get the 2nd posting session, did you check that ?

here's 2 ops with the same NCI, if these are different that would cause 2 posting sessions,right click to change if needed
