Hi Barry

Activate the window you want to copy - type 'alt - Print screen'.

'Edit - Paste' into Paint or other graphics program (I use Irfanview), adjust size to about 600 pixels wide. 'Save As' screenshot.jpg

Upload to a web site like Photobucket. Copy the Direct Link URL from Photobucket. In the Full Reply Form on Emastercam click on 'Image' and paste in the URL.

That's it !!

Gadwin Printscreen - Freeware - Very cool!

Please notice that there are two versions: Professional ad Freeware. The freware version is quite good as well.

Good settings: Use the export format as Bitmap JPEG with a resolution of 100%. That will reduce dramatically the file size (Default format is BMP) while keeping a good resolution in most of cases...

Moreover, if you choose the source as a rectangular area, when you come to push the PrintScreen key, Gadwin will ask you to frame the area you want to capture, instead of capturing an area with a fixed size.

Bernie (and others), if you use the bottom link at Photobucket, which is for images, it automatically puts the IMG tags in. Therefore there's no need to use the IMG button or the full reply form here at the forum. You'll also notice that a single left click on the image link automatically copies the link to the clipboard. wink.gif
