changing the top

I would first like to thank everyone that helped solve my last problem, this site is great.

 

New question.

I drew my part in solid works. When I opened the object in MCX3 the side of the object shows up as the top. How do I rotate an object so that I can tell MC that I want a particular side to be the top.

You can transform rotate the part or

create a new WCS for it.

you can also insert a coordinate system in SW before you bring it in

Solids can only be manipulated in Mcam if the

Mcam solids is installed - set the WCS to the plane wanted or create edge curves and or surfaces to rotate copy or scale parts
