Well It really depends on how you set it up in the operation and how the points are set-up for the operation. You have very specific controls with Mastercam I suggest playing with Absolute, Incremental setting in the operation. Once you have a good grasp of that I would recommend you then look at change point to get some very specific control of points in an operation.

I think it's a post issue, myself. Or maybe something in the machine or control def. I use a wide variety of absolute and incremental top of stock, depth, etc and the machine NEVER does a 3 axis move. Unfortunately, I can't tell you how to fix it. frown.gif

If the 2 sets of holes are in two different operations and the clearance option is not used then it will make X Y and Z motions simultaneously on one line of g-code. This could obviously cause a crash. If you use "clearance" "only at start and end" of both operations it will make the Z move first and then XY.
