Warning - profile is not correct

I just setup a new Dell T7400 workstation with XP x64 and MC X@ MR2 sp1. When I try to backplot I get the message "Warning - profile is not correct". for every operation. They will backplot and the posted code is fine also. These same files will backplot fine on my old x32 system. What's going on?

Toolman, I have the newest drivers for the Quadro 3700 from the nVidia site so I don't think that was it. I uninstalled MC, removed the mcamx folder and cleaned the registry then reinstaled MC and so far all is good. I believe it was due to something I copied over from my old system. In the past when setting up a new system I would just copy the entire mcamx folder and I didn't do that after the second install. So x32 to x32 was ok to overwrite entire mcamx but not x32 to x64, live and learn.

FYI,

I just ran into this problem with a customer. He was running X5 Mu1 and was getting the profile is not correct error. On top of that, it was affecting some toolpaths by only putting out straight line segments and not following the contour. We installed an outstanding windows update on his computer and the issues went away. I don't remember what the windows update was exactly but I believe it was the update for windows 7 x64 systems.
