posting off

Good morning Gents,

 

I have called up an old part program in V9.1 SP2 and on one of the operatins there is a little ghost icon that says "posting off". Will this affect my posting and if so how do i get rid of it???

Was checking on you once in a while to see if you posted but never noticed.

now I see you have 6 posts... sorry I missed them.

 

To answer your question if, if the operation is "gosted" this means it will not be put in the NC file when you post it.

If it's gosted there probably is a reason for it but if you want to turn it off you can right click on that operation and go to posting (on or off).

ALT-P turns posting(the ghost symbol) on or off. If it's ghosted, Mastercam will ignor that operation when you post it.
