You can download a free little app called RtvReco and have it click the No button for you automatically in the blink of an eye. You can use it for this, and any other annoying popups where you always select the same option.

Eazy,

 

It's really a nice program. It works with all Windows apps, selecting check boxes and radio buttons, pressing buttons, typing text, etc. Every once in a while, it will miss a dialog box, but with MC, it saves me so much time.
