CANT GET X+ TO WORK FOR X4

[FTI2007]

I downloaded x+ for X4 but and extracted the files to my x4 chook directory but there is no .exe file. What else do I need to do or what am I doing wrong? WHat do I need to do to finish the install.

any Help is useful. I have never used x+ before but its exactly what we have been looking for.

Go to customize and create a new X+ toolbar. I have never had any luck with the standard X+ toolbar, so I usually just make my own. You can also just use as Chooks.

How do I make a toolbar for x+.

I got it to work I think thru chooks.

Right click in the area between toolbars. Down at the bottom you will have customize, click this. In the center of the new form you will have a catagory drop down, scroll to the bottom for the X+ icons. Left click and drag to the screen to create a new toolbar.

check toolbar states under settings to see if there is a X+ toolbar thats not checked

I installed X+ for X4 today and created the toolbar just like cuda84 described. I then went into settings/customize/toolbar states/ and created a custom toolbar with the X+ icons on it and set it to my default toolbar. The only issue I had was when I went to put the X+ icons on my toolbar they were no where to be found until I restarted mastercam. I assume this happened because mastercam was opened when I did the X+ install.
