saving ops. on verify

how do i save a operation in verify,

i know there is a way, i don't know how to do it

i want to go to verify and check my last op without having to run all the ops, i have like 6 different ops to run ,running v8.1 mill

hope i explain my self. is it stl and how do you use it? thanks in advance any help will be apreciated.

JUST PICK THE OPERATION YOU WANT TO CHECK FROM TOOLPATH OPERATION PAGE VERIFY OP. THEN CLICK ON THE STL FOLDER ICON TO THE LEFT OF THE FAST FORWARD BUTTON SAVE TO FOLDER AS A STL FILE

well, i try it and the stl icon doesn't work ,

am i missing something?

Make sure your using true solid in verify and then the STL icon will work.

Saving an STL file in Verify works using True Solid simulation and AFTER the first set of toolpaths has been verified. Once you Verify your first group of operations and you have the image looking like the part, then click on the STL icon in the Verify toolbar and it will ask you what you want to name the STL file. To Verify toolpaths after saving the STL, open the verify configuration and select the switch for a File instead of Box or Cylinder in the Shape section. Then select the STL file you want to use to Verify. HTH
