In 7075 I think you could push it to .001 per tooth, but would start at .0005. Might look at a .008 endmill to rough and if I did that I would go with .0015 per tooth with a .002 step down leaving .0002 on the floor. Then come back with the .01 to finish to depth in one pass to get a really nice finish running .0005 per tooth feedrate. Oh yeah no more than .00005 run out is what you want to hold on that as well.
