Part Conversion Request

I am having a problem with the engineer that I am working with as he doesn't know how to save a Solidworks file as a parasolid bonk.gif

They are using SW2010 and unfortunatly we never upgraded our version of SW2009 or MX3 and was hoping that someone can convert two solidworks 2010 files to a parasolid for me.

I know this is a odd request but I would like to get going on this project and bypass this guy altogether.

Part One

Part Two

Thanks

Chris
