Help and advice needed!!

hi everyone

 

im doing a part that a few companies have failed to make, for what reason i do not now, i did the program and cut one in plastic and it looked spot on, started in stainless and i have had tool breakage after tool breakage on one feature. im after some advice/guidance on my programming strategies. all that i know is what i have picked up myself. iv put the file on the ftp in mcx its advice - help. i have resorted to dropping the step over n step down right down and letting it run over the weekend.

I tried opening your file and got an error

that said

"Error Opening File"

I clciked OK and the geometry came in, but all the toolpaths were gone.

What version of X are you running??

im using mcx, i was just up loading and got an error i will place it on again

it should be on call chall help. iv removed all the other paths ect to get the file size down

You're not working in X2, x3 or X4 but in X correct?

yeah x. im uploading another 1 called take 3. give me a min

its on as take 4!! can any1 remove files of the ftp? i have a few failed attempts
