Post Haas SL10 Lathe

I am an instructor in a Community College in ALabama. I just got a new Haas SL10 CNC Lathe. I need a post for this machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the mlfan that comes with mcam is pretty cloae edit the m13 to m3 though

No need to edit the M13 code, just set the cool_w_spd switch to 0 and you will get M3/M4 with M8/M9 instead of M13/M14.

Always read through the post switch or intialization area as this is where all user defined post switches should be located. After looking at the comment with cool_w_spd, maybe it needs a littl clarification.

"cool_w_spd" I know that one well. I have yet to set up a post with that value in the default state..is it just me or is the default wrong?

You are correct. Don't know why the default was 1, but it was porbably left in that state after testing. 9.1 has the default set to 0.
