no it was an arc.i thought i could change it under modify but saw no prompt for rad change.

is the way i described the only way besides redrawing the arc?

i see i can use scale or offset but if i wanted to correct it by just putting in the new correct rad,is the way i described the only way?

im just kinda foolin around today.

Chief,

I usually do it the way you first mentioned (Analyze, select the entity, change edit to "Y") unless I have a bunch to do then I use one of Bryan's(sp?) C-Hooks called "editarcs.dll", This is not installed. You need to either go to his site to download them of go to Jay's FTP and grab them from there. Very helpful. I was drawing a tombstone the other day and I drew 64 of the holes the wrong size and I had a solid tied to the hole diameter so it would've taken me a fair amoutn of time to change them back. His C-Hook did in in about 5 seconds.

You can do a lot of more tricks with analyze-edit.

You can change rad ,dia ,angle ,start point ,end point, layer, colour and more .

You can use magic letters R,D,X,Y,Z,L and others.

Just put in the radius field letter R ,push enter and click on other arc and it will input the other`s arc radius !

It is very powerful tool.

This magic letters you can input in any input field in MC .

You can use math. expressions like 35*2 or (2*3.14)/2-5 .

In Create mode coordinates of points you can input like ,2,2 or x0 y2 z2 .

There are far more tricks.

I am sure you will like it .
