Import/export ops in ops manager

I want to change the data path to a folder on our server so my programmer and I

can 'Use' and import and export to the same dir on our server.

Rather than every time he or I exports paths we don't have to update the 'source library folder

on each others p.c.

here is the folder they are in

.

importops.jpg

..

and i have tried changing the some of the paths in the file usage area of the config(apply and save)

then I go to import and it goes back to the default.

.

.

.

Does any one know path or paths to change this and do I have to restart MC for it to take effect?

for both import and export.

Cheers

Rick

Same here but mostly for nc data paths.

I have not found the way to change the import/export operations path

as depicted in my pics. So I do know if the will or will not stick until

i can figure out how tho change that. ;)

I want it to got to that folder on my server. without browsing to it.

i have to start storing all my files on or server due to strict iso/control goods(military) protocols.

Thanks in advance

Cheers

Rick

If I understood correctly what you want here is something you can do:

Go into setting/machine def mgr

from there go into the control def mgr using the edit the control definition button

go in files and change the default ops library to a library on your server and it should take that library by default

so now if you go into import or export in the ops mgr you should be in the default library folder.

you have to do this for all of your machines
