bad surfaces

I.ve saved the file under bump.mcx on the ftp in x5 files got a pretty good toolpath except for bottom of cavity and top far fillet surface any suggetions would be great thanks

It may be easier to machine the solid. No need to fix surfaces, no need for check surfaces, will need to do things a LITTLE differently. We machine 100% from solids here.

Do you have solids unlocked in Mcam?

If you do maybe you could use a boolean remove utility to create the reverse cavity.

Heavy Metal, I have the part cutting nicley with a rough and finish. I can not upload it to the FTP from here I can this evening or you can send me a MSG with email and I can send it.

If you don't remove the paint, you will regret it. You will just be topping over it. It will develop cracks and peel off. You could take out the wall board if it is the one room, then when you replace around the tub with green board, tile over that, and over the sink and as much of the room as you can afford. Lay down primer and buy good paint. I would bet that would be less labor intensive and provide a good moisture proof surface with good grout and new caulking around the tub. But then again, I would advise new fixtures as well, to really make it saleable.
