2-56 Threaded Insert Alternative?

So it appears Tridair has a hard time making 2-56 x 6-40 Keenserts, and we use a lot of them and can't find any.

 

From the research we've done, everyone else gets them from Tridair.

 

We have 136 different BOMs calling for this insert. What are some options?

 

I can have them made, but the kees will be an issue. What options for locking them in place?

 

Is there another insert maker that does these?

They don't have them in stock. That's one of the distro's that gets them from Tridair

Thanks for the link. Them are some small effen inserts! They won't work for me now but I bookmarked the site for future use.
