i need help ,i tried draw counter sink on .5 in hole x 06 depth x 45 degree on 3 in pipe , how to make program but the counter sink should be around hole.plese help

Can you post a photo or drawing?

Do you mean that you want an even chamfer all around the hole? If so I think you want to try a 3D contour tool path, or a normal 2D contour tool path with axis substitution if you have a 4th axis.

Hello, after you have drawn the hole on the cylinder, make a working path and the type you put 3d chamfering cutting

Hello-- I create my chamfers by telling mastercam what size I need here like the picture below BUT you may need to surface it because its on the od of a tube....
