Tool settings step peck & coolant

when in the tool path page if you click on different tools in the list the speeds and feeds are not changing. i have the box checked for tool step peck and coolant. even if you look in the quick view settings the speed and feed its not changing in there. am i missing something. ive even had some of the feed rates come out 0.0 when posted.

Look on the Toolpath page in System Config and see if "Lock Feedrates" is checked

I have this same problem. It is when I use the high speed toolpaths. My box was not checked. I checked the box and no change??
